The kitchen and seperate dining room is well equipped & furnished for your self-catering stay. There is also direct access to the terrace from where you can enjoy dining with your family and friends. The surrounding garden which blends naturally with the beauty of the lake and mountains is at your complete disposal. From here you can lie under the sun on the sunloungers, the children can enjoy the large area to run around and have fun. A BBQ grille is also available for use. The villa is arrange over two floors - the ground floor has a spacious living area through the entrance and a separate room for the kitchen/dining. Also, two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double size comfortable bed and good view from the windows. The second bedroom which is ideal for children, features a flexible sleeping system whereby you can have a two single beds, one of which is pull-over. The first floor has two comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom with a comfortable double size bed boasts a romantic setting from its balcony where you can sit all day long enjoying the beautiful views of the lake. The other bedroom features a contemporary wooden framed single bed. The villa has two clean and well kept bathrooms on each floor. The ground floor bathroom has a bathtub, bidet, toilet and wash basin while the first floor bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin. There are parking spaces available for 2-3 cars inside the grounds of the property. Please be aware that the property is on a hillside and therefore the roads are quite steep and narrow leading to the property. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival. | |||||||||||||||||||||
